About Me

I have extensive experience in fitness and have been working in the industry since 2011. Motivation is key to achieving anything in life and my personal motivation is to help others achieve the best version of themselves.

Confidence is key to achieving your goal in body building. I utilise the hypertrophy style which focuses on working on a specific muscle each day in order to achieve the desired size.

Weight loss programs are carried out through HIIT training with a sole purpose of fat burning. This in return will tone your body. Sweat it out and flaunt it by the end of your training!

Body Transformation

This program is executed over a period of 8 weeks with mostly high intensity training. Clients would be monitored throughout the transformation period and guided through the process.
